The Lake County Community Pageant provides young women of Lake County, Illinois with the opportunity to continue their dedication to community service while achieving personal goals and obtaining life skills such as leadership and public speaking.

Meet Our Director
Sue Staranowicz
Sue Staranowicz is employed full time by Fresenius Medical Care NA, as the Director of Business Systems and Training. The company she works for provides products and solutions for people that have chronic kidney failure and their motto is to improve the lives of every patient, everyday!
She began directing the Lake County Pageant in 2016 because she has a strong desire to give back to others and wants to make an impact on those in and around the community she lives in. She worked to make the program a non-profit organization! Sue's two daughters were very involved in pageantry when they were younger. They both held several titles representing the town of Grayslake and her oldest daughter was a Lake County title holder!
